Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before downloading, installing, or using StormClean ("App" or "Service"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the App immediately.
1. The Agreement
1.1. These Terms govern your use of the StormClean mobile application, related features, and services. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior liability to improve performance or security.
1.2. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Description of Service
StormClean provides users with storage optimization, photo/video management utilities (such as Fast Clean, AI Albums, and duplicate detection), and email cleanup tools. These features are designed to assist you in organizing your device gallery and managing local storage efficiently.
3. License and Restrictions
3.1. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on iOS devices that you own or control, strictly for your personal, non-commercial use. 3.2. You agree not to:
- Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the App;
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based upon the App;
- Use automated systems (bots, scripts) to access the Service;
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or interfere with the App's proper functionality;
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
4. Device Permissions
To provide core features (e.g., storage optimization, duplicate cleaning, Gmail integration), StormClean requires specific system permissions (such as Photos/Videos, Contacts, Storage contents, and Network states). You acknowledge that denying or disabling these permissions may render certain features unusable.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
5.1. Paid Services: Certain premium features may require an optional subscription or one-time purchase. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes.
5.2. Billing: All transactions and subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are handled directly by Apple under its terms and conditions.
5.3. Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
5.4. Cancellation: You must manage or cancel your subscriptions through your Apple ID Account Settings. Deleting the App does not automatically cancel your subscription.
5.5. Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable. Refund requests for App Store purchases must be directed to Apple Support in accordance with their policies.
6. Core Local Data Processing & Deletion Disclaimer
6.1. On-Device Processing: To deliver local scanning and file management services, the App processes your photo library entirely on your local device. StormClean does not upload, copy, or back up your personal media to external cloud servers.
6.2. Deletion Disclaimer: The App acts exclusively upon your explicit operations and selections. All file deletions and email cleanup actions are permanently performed in accordance with your final confirmation. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for verifying the files or emails you select to remove, and that we shall not be held liable for any data loss, inadvertent deletion of important files, or any consequences resulting from your use of the App's cleaning functions.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, graphics, user interfaces, logos, and cleaning algorithms included in or generated by the App are the exclusive property of StormClean and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly set forth in these Terms.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
8.1. "As Is" Basis: The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
8.2. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StormClean and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
9. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at our discretion. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Your continued use of the App following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those modifications.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you violate any provision of these Terms.
